In Dallas, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across Pennsylvania on weekdays. Toppings are priced per item and half-and-half pies are usually free to request. Gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese are increasingly common but often cost a few dollars extra, and cross-contact in a shared oven is standard unless the shop says otherwise.

Dallas is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Dallas follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Easily one of the best spots in all of NEPA, always has the friendliest most attentive staff, let alone the best food in the area. The quality is always exceptional, the ingredients always taste so fresh, and all the dressings are made in house, and you can tell! If youβre looking for recommendations, the meatballs are to die for and the Caesar salads always shines with their house made dressing, but you really canβt go wrong with anything they offer. I couldnβt say one bad thing about this establishment even if I wanted to, would give it 6 stars if I could. βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ

DiFerro's, a fairly new business in the Back Mountain, is located in the old Hogan's Heroes building. They have really good pizzaβI love their New Haven-style piesβand a very friendly staff! Our group meets at a different local restaurant each month. Tonight, we tried to make a reservation for our August gathering. There are usually 12 to 16 of us, and our tab typically runs between $600 and $700 for dinner and drinks, before gratuity. They turned us down! Fourteen people in our group would have been new customers. We met tonight at T C Riley's, were at the Overbrook last month, and at Milan in May. On my way home, I drove past DiFerro's. There was only one car parked in front of the restaurant. Maybe I'm missing something, but If I were the new owner, I might rethink that strategy. Hard to figure, isn't it?.

It's not often that a review doesn't need to be fluffed up, deciding between that forth and fifth star, honestly this place didn't need it. A group of coworkers ended up here about 45 minutes from closing time. But they welcomed 7 of us in anyway. We ordered 3 pizzas, white, New Haven style and chicken wing. Each one was better than the last. No B. S. Wish we knew about this place a little sooner, but I'm sure we're all going to make it back often. The server was great, and we had a nice chat with the owner on our way out . 5 stars all the way around.

I'm really starting to love, and seek out, New Haven style pizza. Di Ferroβs, to my knowledge, is the only place in the back mountain that offers it. We ordered takeout during the national phone outage/power loss and it was ready right on time. The tomatoey tang of their New Haven style sauce with a light, crisp and slightly charred crust (sorry, no pics of the undercarriage) makes it hard not to polish off a whole pie, personallyβ¦but don't stop there. Their New York style, slightly thinner than usual, was a hit with the kids and would be a party favorite anywhere. The Italian dinners they offer could feed two; we got chicken marsala and chicken parm, and they nailed both classics. Pasta wasn't dry, the sharpness of the Marsala wine showed through in the sauce, and the hearty chicken portions had us seeing leftovers for days. Both orders of chicken bites had creative and interesting sauces; the parm garlic were a little drier than expected, but in a good way; not greasy or saturated, and very flavorful with lots of garlic. The Thai bites had a little extra zing to them but the sauce was well balanced.
